Sometimes we need support in speaking to our loved one about considering or choosing M.A.I.D.

Knowing how to approach and have these necessary or desired conversations can be daunting, and it can be helpful to have a practiced facilitator to help you prepare, or to be present to help guide the conversation. We are available to facilitate as you and your loved one discuss their wishes, and address any questions or concerns you may have, so that you can best support them at this most difficult of times.

Anticipatory grief may begin soon after receiving a diagnosis of a life-limiting illness. Grief support can include counselling, resources and education for you or for your loved one.
